How will on hold marketing work on my telephone?

If you have a telephone system, most modern telephone systems have an external feature where you can connect either a “CD player” or “digital equipment” which will play messages whenever a call is placed on hold.

However, if you run your business from home and only have one or two telephones then we can recommend an adapter to fit to your existing phone/s. This will then enable you to place callers on hold so they can listen to your messages.
The messages play on a continuous loop enabling callers to hear all your different messages at different time periods of the day.

On hold systemsWhat equipment is available?

Our on hold systems are purpose built to commercially play messages all day long. Unlike a CD player our digital equipment has no moving parts so is less likely to stop playing.

Plus, if you have a power failure the digital equipment starts playing as soon as the power is returned – something CD players will not do.

Alternatively, if you already have a CD player we can supply the audio on a CD or in any audio format that you may require.

Telephone engineerCan you install the equipment for us?

Yes and No. Normally we provide the equipment for your own telecomms engineer to install. This is mainly because a majority of businesses already have maintenance agreements with their telecomms supplier.
Meaning that sending our own engineer could invalidate your contract with your supplier.

That said, we’re very happy to work side-by-side with your telecomms provider. Alternatively, if you don’t have an engineer who maintains your telephone equipment we can arrange one of our engineers to make a site visit to your premises and install the equipment.

How much does it cost? should I rent or buy?

The cost really comes down to what you prefer. If you rent we provide everything for a low monthly fee, including regular production updates, equipment and maintenance etc. If you purchase the equipment outright the cost is higher but you get to keep everything but there is no updates provided.

What options are available to me?

To sum up you have two affordable options available. Purchase a package with regular production updates or a one-off single production. You can choose to purchase audio only, or audio with equipment. Our packages are extremely flexible and we offer probably the lowest prices and best quality productions around.

OPTION 1Regular production updates
A regular production update is ideal for a business that needs to keep their customers up to date with what products, special offers, events and other services they provide. This can be done on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. It really is up to you. Whatever update you require we’ll have a suitable package available, which includes scripting, up to 14 professionally recorded messages with voice over and music licensing and if needs be the equipment too.

OPTION 2One-off single production
A one-off single production is ideal if you don’t have things you wish to regularly promote, like new products, offers or events. The production will include scripting, up to 14 professionally recorded messages with voice over and music licensing and if needs be the equipment or the audio provided on a CD only.
