On hold systems
The on hold marketing systems that we use for on hold messages are all digital playback units, commercially designed for the music and message on hold industry.
Unlike a CD player the on hold music player is completely digital, meaning if there’s a power-cut the unit will automatically start playing once power is restored.
Plus, because the music on hold player has no moving parts, it’s highly unlikely the equipment will ever stop playing.
That said, today’s modern telephone systems often now have the opportunity to upload music on hold messages digitally to the telephone system. However, external equipment still has its benefits. One of them is that external digital equipment plays on a continuous loop. But a digital upload always plays from the beginning of the messages every time a caller is placed on hold and limited to a much shorter duration. Which could become tidious for the caller hearing the same message all the time.
But, at least you now have the choice. Listed below is some of the frequently asked questions people have when deciding to purchase digital quipment. See below.

FAQ
Can I install the equipment myself?
Yes, it’s plug and play, but your telephone system needs to be configured to play external music on hold. You’ll know if this is a possibility if you already have a CD player or something connected to your telephone system.
If your telephone system plays tones, internal hold music or silence you will probably need it programming to play external messages. Normally, your telephone engineer would be able to carry out this procedure, but you can do it yourself.
How do the messages play on the equipment?
Can the equipment store seasonal messages?
What is the sound quality like?
How big is the equipment and is it good quality?
Everything we do, we do with love, commitment and passion. The result is a production that meets all your expectations. But hopefully exceeds them.
